We provide computers built exactly to suit your needs and they can be supplied with either Microsoft Windows and Programs or Linux Operating Systems and all the programs that you will require.
Or if you want the power of Linux we can supply all your needs.
Similarly if your company requires a high performance Linux Installation we have the necessary expertise to help you fill your needs along with all available Linux Programs that are not pre-built into the Linux Kernel. So if you want to save money and get a better performing system/network we can help fill your needs.
Not only do we supply and support Linux Programs and Operating Systems we also supply and offer full technical support for all Microsoft Products as well as organizing Volume Licence Agreements and Microsoft's Software Assurance Policy which allows you to keep up to date with the latest versions of all Microsoft Products that you have Licensed. {Minimum site licence is for 5 computers.}
So since Microsoft has discontinued new support for some of its obsolete products we are only too happy to supply any required information or upgrade support that is currently available from the Microsoft Live Update Site for your Microsoft Operating System/Software.
We only build from the best available hardware so you only receive the best computer possible and all of our computers come fully installed with fully licensed Operating Systems/Software with all documentation and in the case of any Microsoft products a {COA} Certificate of Authentication as well as any required stickers, are placed on the case of the computer at the time of work, driver disks that are necessary or provided by the Component Manufactuers, Software Vendors, and all are pre-tested so you can have complete confidence in any of our computer products.
We also only use the latest available hardware so any computer that we supply can continue to be upgraded in the future so you will not be in a position of having to replace your computer/network every few years for any reasons other than financial.
We also provide DATA backup devices with all our computers/networks so you can backup your valuable DATA that is totally irreplaceable in the event of the total loss of your computer/network in the event of thievery, fire or other accidental loss.
In the unlikely event of one of our computers failing every attempt is made to recover your DATA that is on the hard drive/s where possible. We can even send a faulty Hard Drive away to have its DATA recovered and while expensive this is quite often far cheaper than having to re-enter all of the DATA again. If the hard drive is still under warranty, the company which performs this operation is accepted by the manufactuers of your Hard Drive as a proper way of recovering DATA and there are only a few steps to be taken that will maintain your guarantee. {However if there is any sensitive company DATA on the Hard Drive and it is properly "Backed-up" we recommend the complete destruction of the Hard Drive to maintain your DATA SECURITY POLICY!}
Naturally in the event of theft we are unable to recover any of your DATA, but if you accidentally wipe a Hard Drive we can recover almost all the DATA that was stored on the hard drive even though it may prove necessary to totally reload the complete computer with its Operating System and Software.
All of the computers that we custom build come with full certification and fully comply with any Operating System/Software vendors, requirements.
We fully comply with any necessary requirements from the various vendors and supply all the provided documents and driver disks that come with any of the hardware/software.
We recommend you place these books and disks in a safe place so as to avoid any inconvenience if it is necessary to reinstall any software or reload your computer.
We also supply any Product Serial Numbers and any supplied Software Keys on any Invoices with new/upgraded computers so as to avoid any inconvenience.
This is also to protect you from any possible problems that may arise if it is alleged that you are using or are in possession of PIRATE Operating Systems/Software. This is most likely to come about in a business situation where there are numerous copies of a certain type of Software and because of poor record keeping you no longer know which copy belongs with which computer.
Of course this does not apply if you are using a Volume Licence Agreement as you are licensed to use the same Software on X number of computers.
