As we specialize in business computer networks we understand the need to do normal maintenance work outside of normal trading hours, and we also understand that in some business that have their computers running 24/7/365 you can not afford any downtime so we are on call when you require us, rather than us coming when it suits us and proves to be very disturbing and costly to your staff.

We are naturally available anytime for breakdowns or any other problems that your company may encounter and hopefully we can cure your problems over the phone with out the need for a costly call out. However we can attend breakdowns as soon as possible this all depends on the time of day we are first contacted, how far we have to travel, whether at least one of your staff are available after hours when we are contacted late in the day and prevailing traffic conditions. Always every attempt is made to attend the same day where possible and this normally depends on your company rather than us when we can not get in on the day of first contact.

Actually we prefer to attend for repair/maintenance work outside of your normal or peek trading times as in almost every case our presence causes a great deal of distraction and lost work time to your staff, owing to the work we have to do. Some jobs may require that your server is turned off and on several times throwing your network into chaos, or even taken off line for repairs/upgrades and when this happens your business grinds to a halt.
